AppID missing when loading the toolkit

The toolkit have the AppID field blank when it starts so i always have to either neter it back or force it to populate the field by using the drop down listing.

    Yeah probably someone messed up creator's designer code with all that important stuff. not me. *looks at you*

    probably easy fix I've fixed this dozen times back in 2014 urgh.
