Installer failing on new machine

I've tried running the installer from http://ignition.customsforge.com/cfsm/download and http://ignition.customsforge.com/cfsm_uploads/beta/CFSMSetupBeta.rar

Both are failing on the Uninstall Step

This is a fresh install on this machine, so I wouldn't expect it to try to run the uninstall step.

The error text is:
Internal error: ExtractTemporaryFiles: No matching "{tmp}\ClickOneUninstaller.exe" found

This is on a Windows 10 machines

Disregard. I found an old version installed. Guess my Windows install is not as fresh as I assumed.
