Sudden errors in Toolkit, while generating psarc

It was working yesterday. I tested this song a lot, so I've made plenty of psarcs for this particular CDLC before. I'm not sure what happened. I tried re-saving in EOF, regenerating DD, restarting my computer, and staring at it really hard.....nothing has worked so far.

@@Billkwando re download toolkit again and make sure AV didin't blocked any exe files from toolkit's folder so It may be missing suddenly...
