Well i 've tried to convert a _p.psarc file to m_psarc file cause i'm using a macbook then the toolkit (2.5.0.0) shut down everytime i tried out...

Are you on a Mac?

If yes, you need WINE to run ToolkitGUI, and MONO installed.
