I do love me some Maiden! FC ain't going to happen but I can probably get it to 99.5 (maybe).

Insomnium. I have tried this before, but these scores are fresh.

 

 

 

I've played Train in Vain on bass about 100 times, so trust me that I can post a screen shot with a score of 100%

 

But how many of you can post this? - a picture of the back album art of London Calling from before they started listing the track

 

FYI, Train In Vain is Track 5 on Side 4.

Wait... what?

Guitars are solid Beginner challenge.

 

Lead is very fun here, other parts are less interesting and maybe too long.

 

This one should keep you happy no matter the path.

 

When punk meets prog metal. True early Maiden masterpiece. Many fun parts everywhere.

Bass is good old Harris frenzy.

Rhythm is really the 2nd lead, but solo is not that hard, more in style of Hetfield's solos.

Wait... what?

 

Yep. Insomnium songs tend to have notoriously boring bass lines. The bassist is also the vocalist. Not that needs to mean anything ( Carcass, Thin Lizzy... ).

 

Boy these are some extraordinary scores. Nice job guys! Every time I chime in here you guys are better and better! I guess the CS is proven to be a great place to improve. I love how the first scores posted are like 99% and 100%. LOL

Hail all from the land of mediocrity. Started out knowing two of the chords from the lead and rhythm part.  Looks like I have a long way to go making the transition from chord to chord on this song, but once I have it down it should help both the lead and rhythm.

Bass part is fun, still some work to go though.

Next time you travel, try to stay at a Hard Rock they will lend you a guitar and an amp. Take your laptop with RS and some headphones and you'll never miss a beat.

@@RSjeffH I never knew the hard rock would do that...... I could have tried that in Chicago.

I don’t think I’ll find a hard rock here though, I’m a bit out of the main city I think.

I am really tired and did do Pantera but it was sloppy but I'm aiming to improve my 1.9mil score and get a hundo on that, need to give my hand a rest though as my tendonitis is flaring up a bit again and I'll try AC/DC and Iron Maiden later in the week. Nice week of good music this week :) cheers rock pickers!
