Hi, I know in EOF to use PART REAL_GUITAR and PART REAL_GUITAR_22 for lead and rhythm, but what if the song has two lead guitars? What track do I use?

You can use any or the following track for a Rocksmith compatible track :

 

Part Real_Guitar

Part Real_Guitar_22

Part Real_Guitar_Bonus

Part Real_Bass

Part Real_Bass_22

 

any of those can be used for any kind of track (bass or guitar, lead or rhythm, bonus or not) as long as you set the proper track type under Track=>Rocksmith=>Arrangement Type.

 

This is all you need as Rocksmith Remastered don't support more than 5 playable arrangement.

I actually don't have those bonus tracks.

You won't have a PART REAL_GUITAR_BONUS track if you're using an old version of EOF. Make sure you have the latest version (1.8RC12 plus the 10/17/17 hotfix).
