Post rules for testing

For the title, at least indicate the songs name and artist, tuning or path limitation will allow for people to know if they have the gear to try it or not easily so if there's obvious restriction, i find it best to have it available directly.

No need to go crazy on information, the goal is for others to see the CDLC with the most objective opinion possible of it so sticks to fact, nobody need to know how many hour you've spent on it, if you are bad at creating tones or anything.
