How to fix 100%+ bug

Hello, I had some CDLC, but after upgrading to Remastered on my PC, I had some songs go way over 100%. I believe this is now fixed? How can I fix the song(s) that still show really high scores? 

 

I did a search for things like 100% bug or 120% bug, but didn't find anything, so apologies for sucking at searching!
