Just one little part to get down.

oh so slight improvement...

 

Might be the grip thing, not sure, can't really feel my grip in a couple fingers of my left hand.  Works fine on my guitar and seems to sound fine on the bass, not going sharp flat or buzzing.

*shrug*  More practice maybe just need continuing work on building strength in that hand overall.

 

Got some good bass practice in today.  Anyone else have a problem with the extra vibration from the bass riding up your frethand arm?  

 

 

 

 

No, not really.  Could you be holding on too tight/fretting too hard?

 

I say "not really", because I have noticed some basses vibrate more than others, but this is more a whole body vibration, rather than just arm, lol.

Thought this song might be just a smidge too fast for me. But after warming up on some Metallica, I gave it another shot. I feel like I improved my lower fret finger efficiency.. if that makes any sense. First couple of times I played this song, I couldn't make it through the first part without tiring out.. But I got lucky with some random fret grabbing on a couple of spots. Not sure I can do any better...

Feeling your pain @@Rodman. i will take my .4% improvement though on a MC song. The slide itself is pretty rough along with a lot of fret movement mid song.

 

I  think the RS gods were lenient.

 

 

After I conquered the highest score for Toxicity on master I thought I should do some more friendly competition :)

Seem to be having some issues with chord recognition with this one.  I am thinking I my need to mess with the lag correction or maybe my timing is just off.

Tried setting the lag thing to 0, not sure if it helped...
