Lead- Did attempt in SA mode after many LAS attempts, but didn't improve on it.  Maybe tomorrow.

ARGGHHH!!!  Got friggin Lola stuck in my head!!! 

And of course I have to give this song a proper go. Couldn't get the chord slides to recognise, which hurt my ability to combo, but eh, sounded good!

 

 

Not enough time to break into that incredible rhythm because I'm going to see Counterparts and Stray From the Path! :D :D :D

Heads up to organisers, my bass score's been put on the wrong track...played Dark Tranquility, not Lola on bass :P  (Dammit!  Just got that song out of my head and it's back now!)  :(

hey hope its not too late but the "trick" I use to force the game to recognize my harmonics was to play them tremolo style, some songs seem to recognize the harmonics no problem this was not one of them lol

 

not a fan of these guys but I really wanted 100% on this, got everything perfect but every time the game wouldnt recognize about 2 of the power chords at the end, very frustrating this is the best I ended up getting, I even mastered that ridiculously charted bend that I saw a few people mention, you basically have to make sure you don't pre-bend at all, hit the note, then do the bend really fast, get back to unbended note again, pull off and up.

 

worked on and enjoyed the other songs especially blue oyster cult but got too fixated on this song

Great song to learn to play the correct string always. Found myself getting lazy and plucking the wrong string. I give it a 2.5.

 

Alright here's my last Lola work this week.  Next week I should have my bass back.  My power chords are killing me from this, but my transition between strings got a lot better.  I see lots of being crappy left to go in my future.  Seeing my wife laugh as I drop the f-bomb thirty times while practicing a song or when I'm yelling at my fingers to stretch a little further you lazy b-ches is worth it.

Got both lead and rhythm over the 90% mark! Hooray for feelings of self accomplishment. Now to rock out on mary had a little lamb.

Wow.. I played this song more than any other Championship song.. I didn't think I would get there because the stupid harmonics wouldn't register. Thanks to @@macjm for the tip on the tremolo. That was the only thing I was missing.

 

Last score for a week or so. I'm on vacation tomorrow to somewhere warmer :D

I'm super tired, I was just about to go to bed when I realised I hadn't checked the championship this week. Gave it a quick play just to throw up a score... it wasn't pretty. I'd like to go again and achieve a less pathetic score, but I'm just too tired.
