I've noticed it doesn't matter how many votes a request has for it to be made into cdlc. Why is this an how do I get my requests popular/noticed? Thanks 

@@Toni-Wan Kenobi just because it has a lot of vote doesn't mean that a charter actually wants to make it and as long as no-one wants to make it, well... it won't be made.

 

The best options for request to be fulfilled is to as ka charter that you think might be interesting in making it (offering money is against the rule and will get you ban though) or to make it yourself.
