Does anyone know of any non english speaking communities that are similar to customsforge?

I saw one German CDLC site which @@RSBass from and one Japanese which idk who from, spoted one user from there here(In japan it seems no fair use so guys out of game lol) and I know there was some russian guys out there in social networks etc, but why to bother if CF is largest with most of the guys who post here?
