Hello everyone!

Why is it that some songs make the tone and my ingame amp go dead. The amp on the screen goes dark, the volume goes down and I get just a clean tone. And I can't change the tone either.

Oh yeah, and it stays this way until I restart.

It happens ie. with some Ensiferum songs and The kids aren't alright.  

If anyone knows why this happens or a solution, please don't hold it.

That means that the custom has no tone assigned to it.

 

Is there a place where these customs can be reported and removed from the database?

There isn't. Be sure to check if the Custom Tone check box is checked. When the the new system is out it'll be easier to sort out customs without tones.
