Red Sun Rising - The Otherside not working?

Has anyone been able to get Red Sun Rising - The Otherside to work?  I am using a PC and many of the other song files are great but I cannot get this one to load.  All of my other CDLC's work and I was able to add a different CDLC.  Any thoughts?

    Red-Sun-Rising_The-Otherside_v1_3_DD_p.psarc worked for me.

     

    Make sure your downloads end in p.psarc (m is for mac).
