Please when play a cdlc song the song runs at a 100% All notes and chords. But when I play a song that's already on the game it gets harder as I get better at playing that song is there a way that I can get my cdlc to do the same.

sounds like they havent been repaired meaning theres no dynamic difficulty added. Download CFSM

and do a repair on your songs but make sure you select add DD(dynamic difficulty) if memory serves me right its in a repair drop down, mess around with it im sure youll find it

DD is worthless. You can´t learn a difficult song to your beginner level from one day to another. The best thing you can do is achieve experience through out the years and leave difficult songs later.

i can slow the song down with riff repeater , but it sounds slow . i just want to slow down the speed of the tabs(only). 

@@brubeck99 That's not how Rocksmith works but you could just put the volume of the song at 0% in the mixer and use RR as a moving tab.
