1st try, did pretty well but could do better I think! Also, @@fripponomic These very short sustain notes at the end solo are really not working with the game's detection and they are so short it's not worth making them into sustains. Could you make them into simple notes if you've got the time?? Otherwise it's perfect, especially the tones!!

@@Nick K. I'll do, but I don't think it makes a difference for note recognition with or without sustains.

edit - even tried, removed sustains and apparently it makes a difference, thanks. But there are still any, in EOF you hardly can see them, so short and tiny small. Often I wish a full screen mode for EOF. I'll also remove the the tail

Done, all sustains in the outro solo are removed, also 2 link next status in combination with slides, those slides are changed to unpitched slides. Note recognition is much better now. Those link next status often let the following note dissapear...

Accidentally I clicked on reset stats yes  when creating the new cdlc in Toolkit, so I recreated it as v1.1

I was going to practice hard for that sweet sweet 100%, but I just ended up going through all my Tom Petty songs.

I did manage to get higher score than before though. For some reason I didn't notice score attack had a leaderboard O_o. Pretty cool.

Moved my setup to my dads house last weekend to look after cats while he's on holiday but immediately broke a string and had none spare, so missed last week.

I know that feeling.  And I don't mean breaking a string, I mean looking after cats.  I don't think they like bass... lol.

Today playing with my fingers did not feel that terrible, so i made some improvements.

And after that 100% i felt i should try advanced.

But it sounded horrible,  apparently Rocksmith does not care that much if you actually pluck the strings as long as you fret them right and somewhat drag your fingers over the strings.  I deserved 75%  on that run.

 

So i went back to my trusty guitar and made a huge improvement.

It seems that I'm not the only sado that collects 100%'s (I may, however, be the only one with an excel spread sheet with them all recorded)  :rolleyes:

Mine is permanently stuck at 17%. Huh.

@@Gamut Did a google search and apparently I'm one of the lucky ones, since most people are stuck at 17. You can sorta override that 17% with changing the cable's gain from the menu. I have it at 8db and it sounds more alive and punchy. Even my sustains don't die after like 2 seconds.
