JIT Errors

I have excluded the install file and the destination directory from the virus scanner. I still keep getting this intermitantly.... Verison is current release 1.3.1.9

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

    Plz try the latest release 1.4.0.0.  It should ask you to install .Net 4.0.
