June 21, 20178 yr If you import a Guitar Pro file in EOF without having a project open already, it will ask for an audio file but you can cancel and EOF will create a project and indicate "no audio" in the title bar. Unless an OGG file is imported from the File menu, playback functions (and related features like claps, MIDI tones, etc) are disabled, but you can still make edits and get a Rocksmith XML file during save. The toolkit will need an audio file of course, but in EOF you can seek to the end of the last note in your imported arrangement(s) to see how long the silent audio file you create (ie. in Audacity) should be.
