Sound is lowered after applying 100% fix? v1.3.1.9

Hello.

I'm having a bit of a problem with the song manager.

Whenever I apply the 100% bug fix to a CDLC, it becomes much quieter, no longer level with the guitar/bass tone.

 

I just tried with v1.3.1.9, but it is also present in v1.2.7.9 beta.

    This issue has to do with a bug in the toolkit library which effects default audio volume only when/if the charter used 0.0 dB.  @@Lovroman CFSM use of the toolkit library should be updated to version 2.8.3.0 or newer to correct the issue in CFSM.

    I can confirm it has been fixed with v1.3.2.1.
