What are DD files

Sorry this has been probably asked before but I've searched but can't find anything ..

 

i was download a tune from the CDLC section and when i clicked down load it had 2 version of the same song

 

DD_m_psarc

m_psarc 

 

i know this are for the mac the question is whats the difference please ..

    DD stands for Dynamic Difficulty which is part of the game function to adjust the level of the song according to your ability. Note that since you can deactivate globally and permanently DD inside the game settings, we strongly suggest you get DD version of a CDLC and avoid non DD version because those won't work properly regarding some minor details.
