Songs won't download now?

I purchased quite a few songs off the Songs and Packs list and then one day it stopped working? I sign in with my account as normal but now I can't purchase anymore songs it says something about the Steam Desktop needs to be loaded but it already is? Or am I doing something wrong here?

    Thank you for replying Xellot, it suddenly started working fine the next day on it's own.
