Cable suddenly not showing up on Recording Devices

Brand new cable, doesnt even get recognized after this morning. I can see it in Device Manager but not on the Recording section of the Windows Audio Mixer... Any help??? Yesterday it worked fine

 

Edit: Tried Guitar Pro 5 this morning and it worked fine... Its even recognized by the GP5 plugin

on your sound icon , recording devices, recording, show disabled - check in there

LOL fixed it by restarting! Can a mod delete this topic?? I dont think its of any use to anyone
