Does anyone know if my CDLC files will transfer if I use a Steam Link? I know all the hardware is half off, and I'm tempted to buy the Link/Controller bundle for the $50, so I was wondering if my CDLC will transfer with the game files, or if everything is installed locally to the link.

The goal of the steam link is to install nothing on it and having the primary system to run everything while the steam link just receive a video/audio stream. sadly this means that it adds latency which is unlikely to be practical with Rocksmith.

 

And last time i heard the RTC won't work over the steam link so you will still need to have your RTC connected to the primary system which is unlikely to be right next to the TV with the steam link.
