How to report dead links?

Hiya.

I found cdlc that has a dead link. How do I best report that?

    Below the cdlc description you will see a report button as a last resort you can use that. But first try leaving a comment in the comment section for it. at best the OP (original poster) will see it and fix the link, alternatively someone that downloaded it may create a new link and post it.
