CDLC Songs not showing as recently played; is this normal?

Hey Guys!  So I currently sort my song library by recently played, and I've found that for some reason when I play a CDLC song, it is not showing up as one of the recently played songs (have to search for it to find it).

 

Everything else seems fine; was curious if this is normal for CDLC songs?

 

I'm participating in my first Championship, and would be nice if it kept the one I'm working on up near the top. =)
