I'm trying to learn more hard stuff like Static X, Fear Factory, Rammstein. I'm not a fan of screaming death metal, any suggestions?

A band called Pain , there is only one song on here by them unfortunately but it is a cracker, just gotten into them myself. i am at work at the moment so don't have access to my library. We seam to have similar taste to be honest :)

Pain is a great suggestion! Listening now, sounds similar.

You should also give the following a go Avantasia, 00mph, Shinedown, Skillet, Volbeat, 10 Years there are just so many cool bands out there at the moment both new and old. 
I am still in morning over Wayne Static RIP, I got into making them myself as i wanted to play more from them.
