proper place to request Midi's for use in creating CDLC

I've been looking and cannot find an official request form for .midi files or .gp4/.gp5 files, so I was wondering before I post another request for some: A. Is it against the rules to post these requests or link to these type of file requests on the forums?  B. Where is the correct place to post such requests on the forums, General, music, cdlc?
