Official DLC is not available as CDLC?

Just picked this back up and started looking at custom songs. I was looking for a few that appear to be official DLC and not downloadable? Or is there another way around this that I am not seeing?

    Official DLC you just buy  :D

    at $2.99 a song, I don't think I will be doing that :/
