I've fixed that, but the project does have an instance of that problem in the bonus track (the chord at 2:14.485 begins at a handshape phrase that crosses the "postchorus" phrase and section).

Are you sure about that? I've donwloaded EOF again and after I want to save the project the warning still appears.Btw,thanks for the  feedback at the 2:14 handshapes,I didn't noticed that at all....
