Inside Rocksmith folder which you can find by going to your steam library, right clicking on Rocksmith 2014, open up the Properties, go to the tab "local files" and click on "Browse Local Files".

It will open the exact folder where you need to put the dll (i strongly suggest to use the one there http://customsforge.com/topic/33138-rocksmith-remastered-cdlc-fix/?p=231225 instead of the one linked in that video as it's probably outdated in that video) and you can find the DLC folder where you will be able to put all the CDLC downloaded here (note that subfolder of the DLC folder still work inside Rocksmith so if you want to keep separate the CDLC from the ODLC it's a really nice solution).
