Have a mac: Can't get RS Tool Kit to work to convert PC to Mac songs.

As the title says, I can't get the toolkit to work. Every time I try to download it, it doesn't work! I then researched and when i tried to download mono in order to run RS Toolkit, RS Toolkit said that mono wasn't downloaded. Thanks very much for the help.
