First of all I have to say this is quite an impressing website. I really like what you guys have going here.

 

I bought Rocksmith on steam 5 weeks ago, where the game is integrated into my steam account with all my other games. Now I found this wonderful website and I really would like to try it, but I am afraid that my steam account could be banned if Valve would concider this modification as hacking. I never hacked, and I don`t really know how Valve handels issues like that.

Do you guys have any information if anybody has ever been banned for using Custom Forge?

If that is the case I would concider making a second steam account and buying the game a second time.

No-one has been banned from steam for using CDLC. Mentioning CDLC (or posting screenshots) on a Rocksmith Steam Group may get you banned from that group - but you'll still be able to play the game.

Been using customs over a year on Steam with zero issues.

 

I dont think valve scans single player games for hacks.
