Will CDLC still work with Rocksmith 2014 Remastered ?

If I buy it on Steam, will they ban me if I change the dll to get the CDLCs of will Ubisoft do so ?
Can I still connect safely ?

    @@ekeagle yes we all use steam and connect to Uplay and use CDLC at the same time without issue for a bit more than 3 years now. It is perfectly safe to do so.

     

    Note that we strictly forbid to talk about CDLC on official channel of Ubisoft (twitter/FB/Twitch) and we ban any user that his caught doing so. "Don't poke the bear"
