Non Stop film anyone watched it?

There is something that I didn't understand in the movie and I feel like its a unfinished thing.

 

Who killed the pilot and who killed the guy that a phone was planted on him?

 

I know that the pilot was killed by a blow dart from a hole in the airplane bathroom and the passenger seems to had the same death by poison.
