Guitar Rig/Amplitube

Hi,
is there a way to play Rocksmith along with the presets from Guitar Rig 5/Amplitube? Also I have Pod HD500x. Is it possible to change the presets with Pod? Is there a way to combine Pod and Guitar Rig 5?
