@@Rodman, hehe, I'm focused on the rhythm path. If I play the lead in between it feels like vacation :)

anyway you've got a good score on 1st place

 

those evil D chords are not that unusual, it's just the Dmajor/F# as C-type barre over 6 strings, not easy but manageable. Starting with simple powerchords adding one more string ongoing ending up with 6 strings. In the other paths it's more open chords.

@@fripponomic - of course i am gonna tackle the Rhythm part too which is extremely cool... i just gotta finish a job at lead first.

And yeah i got those chords (counting) by now - great practice making the fingers do what they are not used to.

And tenacious D is always nice.   But those c type barres are hard.  I have never taken the time to learn them,  i just deem them to hard and ignore them.  Might be time to change that this week.   We will see.

It's not a bad song to play,  but i really don't like listening to Rush.  Never been able to appreciate their music, and i once saw a whole concert with them just to try.
