Hey guys, im back from the village! My choice got picked, cool! That gog song is so awesome... the only problem, at least for me, its that my guitar sounds way too quiet with the tones that come with it but i havent played it in like a month so i might be wrong

I really do think beginner and intermediate bass songs should be switched...

maybe you're right, I did not had time enough to play them all completely, only checked all songs every path for their quality and ballpark estimate for difficulties. What do you think about the difficulties of beginner and intermediate?

 

 

I think the Rocky is a 4, and the JP a 3.

 

I have the JP at a 3 only because the rhythms are a bit hard, if you've never heard the song before (ahem), and there are a couple of chords thrown in there (okay, easy ones).  Otherwise I'd probably rate it lower.

 

The Rocky has a lot of shifting, and although the rhythm is easy to pick up if you've never heard the song before (ahem) some of the patterns are a little, shall we say, expansive?

 

As you may gather, I've never heard either song before. :)

but did you played the Fenix to the end? I mean mastery 48,7 and accuracy 81, that's strange if you played the whole song

I noticed that the stats from the Fenix cdlc were reset, probably I accidentally pressed ok when the Toolkit asked me for new ID :mellow:

Now I recreated it as version 1.1, to make sure the actual version is the same. For shared leaderboards please redownload it.

The only change from v1.0 is one chord in the rhythm path (which is the most important).

play counter works fine. I just played the songs at 1st time =)

Mastery 48 because I did a shot before that counter raised up)

All the songs are 100% after RS update. And know about possible fix. But i'm lazy to apply it.

then please wait until it finishes counting. You can stop and leave the song after a few seconds and get a much higher accuracy than mastery. I tried it here and left the song after ~5 seconds.

we don't need any play counters here, but I personally don't like 'broken' customs. If you played them 1st time it would be 001. That's the Remastered RS, it seems to need DD for it.

I like to play Walk the Talk. But I changed the tone to "Knights of Cydonia - Reverb" from Muse.

I'd agree with this. Even with not knowing the rhythm of the JP track first go, it's still possible to hit the majority of the notes.  My first SA attempt on the Rocky track got me two red Xs! :blink:  I didn't even get an X when I tried Rush or Ten-D on SA, so yes, "expansive shifting" is a way of putting it!  :lol:

Really? I feel like if anything the guitar volume is a little too high. I'll probably be updating it before week's end, improvements are on the way.

My second play only saw <2% improvement. That wasn't good enough for me, so I went into RR and learned a solo to get the percents I knew I rightly deserved. I'll be content if I can break 95 on this.

Never heard this Rush tune until this moment. It's pretty grooveable! Catchy chorus. There's rapping in it, apparently? That's kind of weird for Rush.

I have more improvement inside me, but if I don't end up making it back before Saturday, I'm okay with these.

 

The Judas Pries solo is so close to being within my reach. Can play it perfectly at 93% speed but at 100% I usually fail at a shift or two and drop 20 notes in two seconds.

Oh yeah, I tied my best on record for GOG. Still can't find that 91% I managed that one time. Am I getting worse?
