Hi - aspiring bassist here.  I like inverted strings better in RS.  I guess it is closer to Tab for me.  

 

I'm curious what other people think and pros/cons for using inverted strings.

i'm playing revert since the beginning, because I was used to play with tabs.

even in EOF, the notes are displayed as tabs.

I tried the "normal" way, which isn't normal, except for newborns

and I can't do it the "normal" way, (but that's what I'm always told :lol: )

I prefer Rocksmith way. Mirror image seems more intuitive for me than tabs.

I happy either way.  But then I can't tell left from right, and often mistake nine o'clock for three o'clock.

 

If you swapped the colours around I'd be lost though.  :D
