There ARE some apps/exploits available for PS4 to do file transfer but I doubt its working yet. It was discussed a bit here: http://customsforge.com/topic/29531-getting-cdlc-on-ps4/

Maybe you can try it out an let us know...Last I checked you needed Ps4 with 1.76 or lower firmware.
