Latest Beta 1.2.4.0 setup exe reruns every start

CFMSetup.exe reruns every time the new beta version is launched, even though it's already installed and working.  If you click cancel then CFM loads normally and works as desired but on app restart the setup exe runs every time.

    Thanks for feedback.  Problem should be fixed in 1.2.5.0 beta release.
