Problems with recognition. Cable, guitar or monitor's fault ?

Lately ive been experiencing this problem: The notes dont get picked up on time thus giving me the late on score attack and getting significantly less points. The weird thing is that they dont count as misses but they dont light up as fast as they used to like a week ago! Ill google this but i want your guys opinions

I usually release about 2 CDLC a month, because I like to take my time and make them as good as I can for the benefit of everyone interested in them ;)
