This week songs are all that were already played. Sorry we didn't had time to go with proper selection, but I think that I choosed awesomely (except MC, but I did not wanted to go only with songs that I like, some "poor" music had be selected as well :lol: )

HAVE A GREAT WEEK!!!!

Spent a little time last night learning the notes to the fast part of this song, then practicing it while watching a bad movie.  But even when my fingers know where they should be without thinking I'm still to slow to keep up with the song.  To bad its not in its own section if would be nice to be able to play it in RR.  But i guess Guitar Pro works to.

 

Still i made a nice improvement.

@ If you use STEAM to upload pics:

1st - STEAM link does not end with .png or .jpg so it won't work on forum (for that you need hosting that produces link with proper end)

2nd - stop, STEAM can ban your uploading capabilities as well as pics (it happen to me with Metallica, Led Zepellin and Pink Floyd pics)

They put ban on me after I haven't uploaded any pic in half year. 25 pics banned from across 2 years, and 25 day ban on me. It happened to some others as well.

 

What was the ban for?

 

Let me quote:

"Your screenshot located at http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=... has been banned because it violates the Steam Terms of Service. The screenshot is now only visible to you.

You will be unable to publish any user generated content for 25 day(s)."

 

Day counter increased with each screen they banned.

Then I deleted all banned screenies and those that could be banned. Nothing happened to me since then

Getting close to 99% on Servitutde. Just a tiny bit more. Its really confusing playing it your way and seeing other notes on the screen!

I did told that it was Metallica's, Zeppelin's and Floyd's - and there are no o's, only c's. I deleted those, kept the rest, and they're not jumping on me. But you never know. It could have been ac/dc as well? I don't really remember.

As you may have gathered, I got Fishbone to work. I tried it on my 3/4 bass and got 92%, but felt I could do better on full sized, so I did. :)

I then tried Megadeth, but only got a couple of 99.44%s, mostly because I was knackered from playing Fishbone. I had a little rest and then did this:

I thought I was in for my first 100% of the week, but I f*cked up right at the end :(. It seems on uploading my screenshots I also managed to get this score twice. Ah, well… 75% of my fingers are now sore, so I'm giving it a rest for the night. :)

Pretty big accuracy jump on the MC. Need to tighten up my consistency though, still way too many dumb mistakes during the riff. Oddly I can handle the solos just fine...

Approaching 100% on this! I think it's in my power if I slow down that tricky bit at the end of the chorus - that's the only real place I make mistakes.

That was my best run ever, previous best was 96 in LaS, which was better by 2% then previous one. Only that part after chorus give me troubles.

@@n0pers Go on RR and let the song go to the place you want to practice and once its in your screens view, immediately back out to the pause menu. The note highway will freeze and you can practice that part all you want. It wont move or count mistakes but it will have to do in this situation. I believe i know what part you are talking about :p

@ Hah! That's a neat trick. I downloaded a tool that extracts tab from the RR song file, so that helped me out a bit. Thanks for the tip btw.
