There are a few slides in this that are kind of silly or had their sustains mistakenly shortened to unrealistic lengths, but I managed not to get any mistakes on those. Just some straight up flubs elsewhere in the song.

I wanted to mention Cult of Personality but I see you like it too :)

From Slash I like Ghost, Nothing to Say and Anastasia the most.

Megadeth Youthanasia album (i.e. Train of Consequences, Addicted to Chaos) - nice riffs and pretty solos.

Sylosis - great thrash riffs + sweep picking + nice (but not insane) solos. E standard but quite heavy. Except the vocals they're my dream thrash band (not starting at "M" ;) ) Good examples: Kingdom of Solitude (my fav), Empyreal (sweeps...), Where The Sky Ends (lovely instrumental). If our participating ladies liked it, it can't be bad, right?

 

Due to my skills I like it easier :P So Metric, Metric forever!

hehe, I used to sleep back in 2012, before Rocksmith released. jk. I'm idling a lot with a customsforge tab open. Damn shame that there is no Wretched CDLC. The Cannibal song rocks! Maybe I'll chart one sometime.

Fun. Needs a LOT of practice but July is really busy for me so it's unlikely I'll be able to commit much time to playing bass this week, Already 3 days in to champs and this is the only song I've played, ONCE at that. Mehhh *mutters something about first world problems*

So, I have some PC issues. This really got under my skin. I mean, how dare a 7 year old computer give me lagging issues. It got so bad I just walked away for a few weeks.

 

Anyway I finally broke down an installed it on my son's computer I built for him. I was trying to leave it alone as his, but I could not stand it any longer.

 

I'm going to have to build myself a new one soon, but for now.....

@@Brutus Erectus - I totally forgot about King Crimson - 21st Century Schizoid Man - lots of goodies there. Complexity of this song made me desire master degree of guitar play.

Also Blue Oyster Cult is very fun - especially Godzilla (official) and Cities on Flame with Rock and Roll.

Pretty glad I am not in the Adv Bass class, I predict a "score war" this week hahaha
