Anyone with a good ear for identifying effects?

I am working on @@ZagatoZee's CDLC of Prince's While My Guitar Gently Weeps, and I need help spotting where he's using effects, especially the flanger. As far as I can tell he only hits the wah once, other than when he's eyeballin' Tom Petty. I know at least that there's flanger at the end (you can hear the woosh before he tosses his guitar. I'm pretty sure he's using it from 3:41 to 3:43 too, though correct me if I'm wrong.

I know it's a weird request, but really I could use the help of someone who really knows their stuff. I'm trying to make this custom perfect.
