Filtered for PS3 files - Sometimes no ps3.psarc.edat available and converting p.psarc doesn't produce a working ps3 file - any suggestion?

I have been trying to add PS3 compatible files, and am finding that even though some of the files are showing compatible with PS3 (From the filters), when I go to download these files - sometimes there are no ps3.psarc.edat files, only the PC p.psarc version. 

 

I thought that I could follow the tutorial on youtube and convert the PC file to a PS3 one - but then when I load it up, it looks like it freezes the app. Is this because I need to select a specific app id selected? Or am I missing a step? 

 

Could anyone help? It would make my freakin year if some of these files could be converted properly.
