How to or where to make a request cdlc

I am currently lost in where to look for a page to make a few cdlc requests also I was just wondering if the cdlc will be soon compatible with the next generation of consoles such as the ps4 and the Xbox one ? Thanks for your time!

    Over your mouse over the CDLC ignition menu at the top and you'll find where the request is.

     

    As for PS4 and XBOX1 support, it's up to the team of hackers to jailbreak those console before anything can be done.
