Yeah, rechecking the tuning also of course, ...some players describe tuning just a little flat helps them register better, i suppose that again is due to very hard pressure applied esp. on the first fret(s)

But, arggghhh!  I missed the same bloody note I've been missing all along.  It's that first fret bend (slide ;)).  I have managed to play it a couple of times, but more often than not I fail on it - I don't know what I'm doing wrong?  Perhaps I should post a video...

@@Tango Commendable play on the Advanced. That's a really solid score on a song that's pretty tricky for the class. Good work.

A friend brought his bass last night and he is sleeping upstairs,  So i had a chance to give a real bass a try for the first time in the 120 weeks i have been competing here.,

Some small improvements.  The Int lead song is really too fast for me still, although hopefully I'm getting better with the speed.  I had a go at the Beg lead song though and found it pretty easy.  Looks like I'm still stuck between levels  :)

the weather is just too fine and i am heading for the park with the kids, getting ready for the CL final.

My fingers finally learned to play the chords without my brain interfering all the time.   This week have been really good practice for me,  from 64% to 93% is quite an improvement.
