Certain CDLC dooes not show up?

So I have had this problem for a while now and now I need help, I couldnt figure it out myself.

 

SO I download certain CDLC's and some of them dont show up. I dont know what is wrong I do everything I can but nothing. They dont show up at all in my downloads. 

 

A bunch of Tool songs are what are missing I tried Chrome, firefox and Opera but nothing.

 

Anyone able to assist me on this?
