HAVE A GREAT WEEK!!!!

No....... I thought I had got the intermediate rhythm but @@Vodka has beaten my score, which means I'll have to have another go.

 

Then I see that I've been beaten by a better 100% on bass by @@covinhas87 ! My Thunderbird is going to hate me for putting it through that song again.

 

I'm crap at the lead so I'm not that bothered although I might have another little try...... If I beat 98% someone is going to bloody beat it anyway ..... Hahaha

Another short week - going away over the weekend and need to post my results now.

Loved this one, feeling that the Bass really lift the song.

I shan't be trying to improve my score any further though! :) 

Finally I managed to get through a run in lead without the difficulty dropping.  I'm not sure how I did it, it felt like I was hitting random notes through the fast part, but I must have just managed enough.

I just can't get the solo and I have lots of missing notes.

 

I've changed the strings and properly tuned the octaves, all looks good with the guitar, but the game refuses to accept my chords. hehehe  :lol:

Right.....

I've finally re-learned Stray Cat Strut on bass and got back up to 100%.  Now that I've learned it, I really do prefer this version.

Thought I would have time to do a bit more this week, but no dice. Here is my tribute to Prince:

BTW, I just listened to Controversy. Awesome album! One of his top three, for sure, along with Sign O' the Times and Purple Rain.

 

Man, what a loss. :( :( :(

 

If you get a chance to see his tribute to George Harrison along with a bunch of other folks, take a look on YouTube. The way he melded with his guitar was comparable to none. I think only Hendrix was close, and even then, I think Prince was more in tune with his guitar than Jimi was.
