Some progress at this. I still drop combo all over the place, and I still really suck at those chromatic triplet runs, but I'm improving.

It sounds like RR is gonna start doing streams more often, so next time I watch I will read more carefully!

I'm reluctant to ask again for help with the MC bass cdlc but, I really want to participate this week but it just doesn't seem to want to install. I've tried unpacking/repacking but it's not working. I have downloaded/deleted/redownloaded the CDLC from mediafire at least 30 times and every time it seems to DL VERY slowly. Anything else I download is really quick so it seems a bit odd to me that this one is so slow AND doesn't install. It either appears in my song selection list in game but is unplayable after the tuning screen (just a blank room, no note highway) OR it just doesn't appear in my Song selection list at all. I'm pretty certain I've followed the unpacking/repacking instructions correctly...

 

It's very frustrating to not be able to take part in my category and I know it's only a bit of fun but as a self confessed obsessive and overbearing competitive player, I just wanna play! :(

 

Did you get rid of all your other CDLC from whichever folder yours is in?  You really only want this song and Cherub Rock in there...

So I beat my previous score, so I decided I will upload this as well. I was aiming for 99%+ but the rocksmith detection system isn't really in my favour :p

@@missis sumner not yet, I've not got the smashing pumpkins song, not entirely sure why, it didn't come with my download of Rocksmith so I use my purchased official dlc. I hope it'll be compatible, i have used the unpack/repack method about a year ago for a royal blood song (iirc) and that works fine . I have very little time lately too so figuring out the logistics of the removing of other cdlc at the moment is just not achievable, that's not to say I won't try it when I do get the time. It's just irritating that it works for everyone but me... I'll read up on the removing cdlc thing when I can. Just mehhh :(

I am feeling Nooney's pain for different reasons.

 

I have been informed that someone has put a digger through the Tele Communications wire resulting in no Broadband, this could take up to 2 weeks to repair so not only am I falling behind in the championship but will also loose my skull emblem.

Well, I just spent a couple of hours trying to wrap my head round the roadie toolkit and to no avail. I put just the Lamb of god CDLC and the Package ID song into the same place, I removed all the songs, they still appeared in my list when I went into the game and I still can't get Lamb of God to play. Fuck it.

Sucks that the MC is giving you so much trouble, Noony, it's a really good tune. :(
